FROM THIS WORKSHOP IN REGISTERING SOME PROBLEM EXISTS IN REGENCY LEBONG, THE PROBLEM IS;

• There is no development and building more concept coherent about confession to indigenous peoples with traditional rights
• Still weak supported from stakeholders to conservation discourse especially in governance of Regency Lebong effect of miss understanding of more about conservation
• Pressure height to area from various side so that have direct implication with conservation regency concept by intergalactic beneficial many party and also agreement which have awaking up
• Governance of Regency Lebong not transparent to conservation regency concept such as vision, mission and also policy direction of conservation.
• Existence of perception and contradictive between Executive, Legislative Regency of Lebong, Society, Local NGO about policy understanding of conservation
• The stricture happening of farm manage society effect of accretion resident amount effect unclear of conservation area with farm manage people
• Clear Mechanism inexistence about society entangling / public room, start from planning process, execution, and evaluation to direction policy of development of regional and planology area
  
  FROM THE PROBLEM RECOMMENDING SEVERAL THINGS TO THE FORE
• Existence of Policy Regional about confession to local community / indigenous peoples in arranging their self covering local Institute, management of area, customary law
• The importance of performed to be dialogued by structure and systematic between party and society of the others(NGO's, College, Institute Research, Institute Custom) with Governance Regency of Lebong especially in socializing conservation concept
• Existence of steps to the solving of dispute and clarity of boundary between conservation area with area manage people
• Existence of public room and mechanism to wide society in all step in making, observation and responsibility of Policy Area in Regency Lebong
• The importance of Akar Foundation conduct program of implemented and adjacent intensively in some custom community which direct to contact with conservation area (National Park and Protected Forest)
